Terms of Service
Agreement to terms
By downloading or using Blood Pulse (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Medical disclaimer
Blood Pulse is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The App is designed to help you log and track blood pressure readings for personal reference only. Do not make medical decisions based solely on information provided by Blood Pulse. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns.
AI-extracted readings may occasionally be inaccurate. Always verify readings against your monitor’s display before saving.
Subscription and billing
Blood Pulse requires a subscription to access core features. The following plans are available:
- Annual: Billed once per year. Renews automatically unless cancelled.
- Lifetime: A one-time purchase that grants permanent access with no recurring charges.
Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the respective platform’s policies. To cancel an annual subscription, manage it through your platform account settings before the renewal date.

You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our API or servers

Intellectual property
Blood Pulse, its logo, and all associated software are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
AI extraction accuracy
The App uses an AI vision model to extract readings from photographs. While generally accurate, the extraction is not infallible. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of extracted values. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming readings before saving them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blood Pulse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any medical decisions made based on App data.
